CLASSIC SCOTTISH LABOUR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT

Jim Devine was Labour Party MP for Livingston from 2005 until 2010 and Chairman of the Scottish Labour Party between 1994-95.

He was convicted of fraud on 10 February 2011 [2] following the United Kingdom Parliamentary expenses scandal of 2009.

In 2005 he admitted to a number of affairs and a conviction for drink driving.[24][7]
